I am a Canadian Forces veteran and I required a hearing re-assessment for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). Dr Fennell was recommended to me by another veteran and I had also used her clinic when she was at Gulf Canada Square. Dr Fennell truly is a genuine, caring and compassionate professional who is fully knowledgeable with the processes required by VAC and the CRA and the obstacles to getting disability pension benefits. Dr Fennell was respectful and very empathetic and understanding of my noise induced hearing impairment. Her clinic is state of the art and she ensures you fully understand the results of her examination. I recommend Dr Fennell to anyone requiring the services of an Audiologist. You will not be disappointed as it is indeed rare to find someone so dedicated and committed to her patients needs.

Dr. Diane has given me back my life!! Since getting my new bte Siemens, I hear well enough to rejoin the book club, go out for dinner with friends, and be part of telephone conversations. Her genuine concern paired with her skill and knowledge make her the leading Audiologist! She had me try different aids until both she & I were satisfied that I was hearing well in most situations.And they are the most comfortable aids I have had in 30 years of wearing aids. I really appreciate her knowledge of technology. I now have a streamer that connects to my iPhone to my aids by blue tooth. Now I hear the phone conversation in both ears, through my aids! And it works for the television as well. Dr. Diane's follow up service is incredible and so easy to book an appointment. There are no parking charges at her new location! Oh, and my husband is thrilled too, now that he doesn't have to repeat himself over and over. Only issue is the delicious and addictive candies they always have on the counter!

If you are looking for a Personable, Professional, Knowledgeable and Resourceful Audiologist ,who makes you feel you are her only patient, then Dr Diane is your gal. I walked into her office and was greeted with a warm welcome and understanding of the frustration I was experiencing. My first impression of Diane was one of trust, confidence and a person I could understand and felt she was willing to take the time with me. Having had many hearing tests before, I learned more about my condition with Diane than I had with all the other tests combined and was offered a solution that day which resulted in my ability to hear clearly, once again.She is a troubleshooter, problem solver, and educates her patients on the reality of their condition, what can be done and what can't be done and works to maximize options on what can be done. Diane 's support, both during the fitting and programming of my bte Hearing Aids, the access, either in person on email, for follow up questions, adjustments, etc. is awesome. I have always been made to feel welcome and important; no question goes unanswered. Having the gift of hearing restored has made such a difference for me. Being able to hear has made me feel less tired, less stressed and more relaxed. Now that Diane's office is in the SE, just off the Deerfoot on 24th ST SE, means no downtown traffic to contend with, accessible free parking, and a street level entrance. The design of the office is a testament to the experience and consideration Diane & Wayne ( the ever pleasant greeter and support person) have for their patients. The open entrance and spacious Consultation room are designed to provide as much of an ease of access not always available is professional offices. I would highly recommend Diane Fennell as your Audiologist of choice. She utilizes her wealth of experience and resources to source available solutions to improve her patient's quality of hearing and life.

Diane Fennell is a wonderful audiologist. We are so glad to have “found” her again after an absence of a few years. Diane is a caring, knowledgeable person who is willing to be a risk-taker for her patients. Although Terri is the one who wears hearing aids, Tim is the technological person and was a welcomed member of Diane’s team. Between Diane and Tim, along with Terri’s willingness to learn, we are astounded with the quality of hearing and all the perks that come along with the hearing aids and added devices. For the first time in many years Terri understands musical lyrics and all the joy that comes with that. Since Terri is prone to ear infections, Diane was willing to try many different strategies to find just the right “fit” for the hearing aids. She takes the time to make sure we understand. If she is unsure about anything, she digs until she finds the answers. Diane has such wonderful and friendly assistance from her husband Wayne. There is always a smile from both of them whenever we enter the lovely new office. Lisa the dog is there sometimes too and follows Diane wherever she goes! We have recommended Diane Fennell to several people. Not only is the audiology service second to none, but also the compassion and friendliness makes it a joy to visit. Dr. Fennell's office accommodates those with a busy schedule by offering extended hours on Thursday evenings and appointments on Saturdays.
