DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE!!! You will never get your prescriptions!! They give you a song and dance about approval for medications you have been on for years while you sit in pain and they do NOTHING. Don't waste your money subscribing. They are FRAUDS!!!!!!!!

Caremark Phoenix. Working for the mail-order part of the business was for the most part a great experience. We had great bosses who mentored us and encouraged and helped us to do our best and succeed. They had contests and rewards for most improved, recognition lunches/meetings, etc. This particular building was originally just administration and mail-order, but now everything has changed. A lot of the clinical departments transferred down to Phx from Scottsdale, so there are more PBM and clinical jobs there. They do have a cafeteria onsite with an ATM machine if you need, plus an onsite HR department, IT, and security detail as well, which most of the Scottsdale buildings do not, so at least there's no confusion about who your HR rep is or how to quickly get security or ask a friendly IT person a question if needed. Felt almost like a work-family environment when I was there.
