In 2005 i was fairly new to this country. Had a toothache, found Dr. Robert and got him to examine me. I was told it needed root canal. I went for it trusting him 100%. A ceramic inlay was placed as I was told that this is the most cutting edge technology and would last much longer than any traditional filling. I said go for it. Every single day after that, I had constant throbbing pain not to mention, the bite felt so uneven. Well they got the bite fixed but the pain wouldnt leave me.They checked after a few months as said its normal. I managed the pain with tylenol almost everyday. Around 6 months from the day of the procedure, I called them because the pain wouldnt go away. They called me in and I have no words to describe what I felt when I was accompanied by the Doctor himself to the door saying " You can go to a specialist but DONT EVER COME HERE WITH THE SAME TOOTH". I had tears in my eyes with embarrassment. I dont know what went wrong on their side but I really think they were trying out something new on me. I almost sued him, cos today at 30, I dont have that tooth anymore because of the pathetic job done by him, it dint last 2 years. I am angry, disappointed and frustrated.
