Terrible customer service from the office staff and the office manager, I will never return. Doctors are good, but they need to work on teaching their staff customer service skills. I had made an appointment, months in advance. They had called and confirmed earlier in the week. The day of my appointment, I call to double check which office I was going to. They insist I do not have an appointment. When I told them about the message on the answering machine, she wanted me to play it for her (who saves these messages). My husband then calls and trying to give them a way out, asks if my appointment is perhaps under my maiden name. Low and behold it was. The office manager insists I made the appointment under my maiden name because I didn't want my husband know to about it. This is plain stupid - we have been married for over 6 years. I have been going to this doctor every year - if they are getting paid, then they are billing the right person. The office manager continued to blame me - even when I got there for my appointment (I had prescriptions that needed refilled). All she had to say was, "We are sorry". She didn't. I will not go to this practice and I will never let any of my friends or family go here either.
