Extremely Poor customer service. No one in this office returns phone calls, no one, believe me. An answering service is used during working hours, all day long; unheard of. Evidently, either the doctor knows about this and is okay, with his practice operating in this manner, or he doesn't have the foresight to have the necessary controls in place to prevent it. They provide inaccurate billing codes to hospitals. I can only warn you, not to make this mistake. If you are sick, you will be sicker, after dealing with the staff consisting of: Monica - Officer Manager Michael - Nurse Really poor customer service, and I am not even holding them to a Sarbanes Okley (SOX) standard. Stay away, if you don't want to be stress out.
