I rang the pharmacy to order medication packs for a client and was horrified about the rudeness of the manager/owner Chris. I then did not know who I was speaking to since he did not introduce himself. He used strong words when I explained my request, told me he knew my voice, don't know what he meant by that since I do not recall calling the pharmacy before. he also spoke rudely about my client. He then hung up the phone on me. I decided to call back and put in a complaint. When I rang back and asked to speak to the manager I was put through to the same person who still did not introduce himself. He then told me to get a life and hung up. I will never buy anything from this pharmacy and not recommend it to anyone! I understand that we all have bad days sometimes. But never ever should we speak to anyone like that. I felt humiliated and shaken.
