I had been a client of this dental surgery for many years and when I had a sore tooth I called this morning to make an appointment with Diane and was told that the earliest available appointment was not until January 2015. I explained that I was a long term client and I had a sore tooth and could not wait until next year to have it looked at and asked if they could check if Diane could not squeeze me in or if I could make an earlier appointment with another dentist. The receptionist put me on hold for ten minutes before hanging up on me. So much for showing a bit of loyalty or compassion for a long term client with a sore tooth - I am extremely disappointed and would never return there again.
