Terrible. Our 2 year old son knocked a tooth and it was hanging out of its socket. Toothkind told us we would be seen in 15 minutes. 45 mins later we were still waiting to be seen and told that it would be an additional 20 mins. That's fine if they are busy, but they kept lying to us that we would be seen in 15/20 mins. People came in after us, were seen and left before we were seen. This happened several times. They didn't even do an initial assessment to see what the damage was. Don't go there if you need to be seen straight away. We left to see another dentist after an hour of getting the run around. Once our son was finally assessed and treated, my wife rang Toothkind, Deagon just before 3pm to lodge a formal complaint. She was told that all the people involved had gone home for Christmas. My wife has concluded that Toothkind at Deagon didn't care enough to see us within an acceptable time frame and kept giving us the run around because they were too busy seeing their appointments asap so that they could leave early, while our 2 year old son was left bleeding and in distress.
