admin staff are very blunt and some are rude. they don't have any respect - being in the health field myself, feel disappointed. Any health practise runs-- only because people go to them. There are lots of other practices people can go to. Doctors at the health practise are good, but admin staff need to smile and be respectful to all , or they need a in service on good communication skills .
