Staff know names of all the regular customers,& go out of there way esp. with elderly to remember names, make all feel welcome,never too busy to help, or to explain& will notice a new medication&go thru symptoms/ possible side effects, practical advice. Ive found personally price of items including prescription items to be competitive or better than the large chains that treat you like cattle.
