Been going to Bounce Health for 5 years now and the physio's Megan and Briony are fantastic. Normally always walk straight in to the appointment on time and the staff are very friendly. The staff are skilled in many forms of therapy including dry needling, cupping and shockwave therapy. Would recommend the staff at Bounce Health without hesitation for all your injury needs.

Had exactly the same experience - arrived at 11.10 for 11.20 appointment. 1 hour later not one acknowledgement from staff and five people have been in to see the doctor before me. How can you be five patients behind at 11 in the morning - this isn't a GP or emergency department?

I turned up for my appointment, 15 minutes early. 1 hour later, the staff had not only realised that they had forgotten about me, but that the doctor who was supposed to see me had left for the day! Unacceptable and appalling customer service. I will certainly never be back.
