Great customer service from reception staff. CT tech very knowledgeable and helped me with all queries. They ensured I was comfortable right throughout the scan. I was astounded at the 12 hour turnaround for the report too. I was in extreme pain, and it meant that my doctor could help me sort it out quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely continue to go to Marina for all of my future scans.

Able to fit me in for appointment quickly, lovely sonographer, took time showing husband and I the baby. Dr had results quickly too. Will be having all my pregnancy scans here.

The first time I had an apt they forgot to tell me that they had moved locations. After I sorted that out they made me wait so long I had to reschedule. No apology offered. I let this slide and booked another appointment. My daughter jumps on the table and the staff explain about the gel for the scan. My daughter refuses to have the gel, I explain the gel was just like vicks vapour rub.The staff then stands in my face and says "sit down" and then says that she will need to have someone else do the scan! So rude! They put me in another room and the new staff is also so rude. I have never been treated so poorly by a radiology service. There was also another client in there upset that staff were rude! The receptionist took my details but I was not given a managers number to sort the complaint out. Its bullying to treat customers this way. Not nest practise at this clinic. I will never go there again. Not professional at all. Shame on them! Don't even want to give them a star!

Worst reception. From the moment we went to register, all three ladies on reception were rude. We weren't told when we made the appointment that they had moved locations. It was only when we arrived at the old address that there was a note on the entrance instructing us to go to 6 Stud Road. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the appointment was made for 10 minutes later and it will not be their problem that we have to wait longer. When we told them that we weren't aware of the address change, one receptionist told us off saying "Well we have been here for over a year." How were we meant to know as new patients? Worst customer service. Would not recommend if it was the last radiology place available.

Sonographer saw us on time, my wife and I were very happy and the ultrasound was bulk billed :)
