I usually hate going to the dentist, but Lily and her staff made me and my family feel in safe hands. Very professional, explained proceedures thoroughly and were friendly and price competitive. Well done. Keep up the great service!

I had two appointments at MOUNT EVELYN FAMILY DENTAL, for today, at 10.00 am and 12.30 pm. Late last week, I changed the 10.00 am to 3.00 pm to fit around another appointment. All well and good. Rang up at 12.10 pm today, to doublecheck their address, and they didn't have the 12.30 pm booked in at all. I told her that we had two bookings - a 12.30 and a 3.00. She said there was only a 4.15 pm appointment. (Huh??) I reminded her that all I had done was move the 10.00 to 3.00 and I hadn't cancelled anything. She took no responsibility for it at all, and said to come down for the 12.30 pm appointment. We waited until 12.50 pm, and she came out, explaining that "L" the dentist said that because they were a small family dental clinic, they couldn't accommodate ongoing appointment changes (again, huh???) and I'd be better off going Very unprofessional and difficult.
