I have been going here for years and I have never had a good experience. You may ask why I continue to go to them and the reason was they were the only clinic accepting new patients when I first moved to Airdrie. My latest visit with them, I waited for an hour in the waiting room when I had an appointment booked. This would have been fine, but I noticed that people that arrived after me were being seen. I went up to the administration staff to see if I had my appointment time right and they had already crossed me off the list as have been seen by a doctor. I know accidents happen, but it seems something like this happens every visit I am in. I find the staff unprofessional and improperly trained. The doctor never seems to listen to what I say and rushes me out. I will be switching doctors.

Used them once...never again. Staff seemed disorganized. It is advertised as a walkin clinic, but their walkin hours are short and broken up. I arrived in the morning when they first opened. There was a line of about 15 people waiting to be signed in. The receptionist was on the phone with an IT person about their computer systems. The computer systems were down and they were unable to sign anyone in or take their information. After standing for 5-10 minuts a lady in line suggested that they start a list, so that people could sit down (shouldn't have had to been suggested to them, as this is a very simple solution). When it came time for me to sign in on the list I informed the receptionist that I was a new patient and asked her if she needed any of my personal information. She said yes and told me to write it down on the sign in list...the same list that other patients have access too. I told her no and to give me a seperate piece of paper...as I didnt need everyone seeing my phone numbers, health card...etc. Overall a poor first experience...I do not fault them for their system being down, but I do fault them on how to handle the situation...More training may be required for situations such as these.

I have no idea what you guys are whining about. The service is great staff compassionate went there twice in and out within 30 mins. .

no issues treated like gold EVERYTIME i visit job well done with the ignorant arrogent stuffy well to do assholes i see walk through the doors there . i could not do these ladies job some people are so so rude where do they get off

Unorganized, untrained staff mixed with a lack of confidentially. 1st Visit - Was escorted to my meet and greet with the Dr. by a very confused and obviously new staff member. She opened a door without knocking and another patient was already in there waiting. Found this very odd and would not want this to happen to myself. So we went back to the waiting room. 2nd Visit - Was there to take a pregnancy test, and when I came in they sat me down. Then acted surprised when they found out I had not taken a urine test yet, but I was never instructed to do so. Then they told me to go to the washroom to fill the cup. No instructions as to where to leave the cup, there was no signage in the washroom, so I left it on the sink counter...very unsanitary. Then I sat there for another 10 minutes while a new staff member tried to get help from one of the other staff members to show her what to do and they were not willing to show her. With many people in the waiting room, at any chance someone could have gone into the washroom with my sample sitting right in the open on the counter. Finally when the girl got someone to show her, they did it right in the washroom beside the waiting room with the door open so everyone could hear that it was a pregnancy test. When I finally went to the Dr's room in the back I was sat and waited for over 45 minutes. At one point I opened the door so I could ask someone how much longer, and taped to the door wide out in the open were my results that anyone could see as they walked past to their room. I have family in Airdrie that go to the same clinic, so I thought if anyone knew me or my last name they would see the results and know before me! The Dr's response was weird when he read my results, he just said make sure to avoid any trauma to my abdomen area. 3rd Visit - I asked to be referred to the Olds hospital and the Dr said he only refers to Calgary. When I called the Olds hospital they said they need my records and a written referral. So I called Oasis and the girl on the phone said I would have to come in to get a referral. I said no, they can get the Dr to write one as I am not wasting any more of my time there. We'll see how long it takes to get a referral.
