Friendly staff and informative doctor. The frames and glasses are on the pricy side specially since they don't carry any none brand names. Had two $200 coupons and my cost still came upto a $1000 for the pair I got.

Condescending 'doctors' who put the blame on you if anything goes wrong. The contacts they gave me were very painful to wear & had to be returned but the eye doctor said that it was me, that I would never be satisfied. Oh really? I've been perfectly satisfied with all the other contact lenses I've had since I started wearing contacts at age 13. Curiously, the only pair that caused me pain/had to be returned were from Glenmore landing vision center. Guess it must be me, like you said it was! I will never come back.

I recently had an eye exam and got new glasses at the Glenmore Landing Vision Center. What an awesome experience. The girl that helped me pick my frame was so good. She made sure I got the frame that was perfect for my prescription and suited my face. I love my new glasses!!!

Dr. Nielson at the Vision Center has been examining both my eyes and my family's eyes for the last 10 years. He is a very friendly, very thorough eye doctor and always has the latest technology when it comes to my eye exam. I was extremely impressed by my last visit where he did an ultrasound type scan of my eye - he always explains everything so I'm never left wondering what he is doing or why. The front end staff is very friendly and personable as well - some of them even remember my name and the names of my children which is always nice. I like how they entertain the kids or will put cartoons on the TV which lets me shop for glasses in peace. : ) When it comes to frames I have never been disappointed - they seem to have something for everyone. My last two frame selections have been Chanels and I know that at the vision center they were more then competitive in their price for these designer frames then some of the larger optical chains out there. I would recommend Dr. Nielson & his staff to all my friends and family. It's nice going somewhere where they treat you like a person and not just another set of eyeballs.
