This is one of the worst managed clinics when it comes to respecting patient’s waiting time. WITH appointment the waiting time is One Hour. Walk in time is even worse. *** Not only we pay the doctor’s fee from our taxes, but we pay the hidden fee of our unproductive long waiting time.

Great place, people come from adrie to visit the doctors. When you make an Appointment you're seen rather quickly, and if your a walk in, it can be a long wait but then the doctors do everything they can to make sure you'll get better. There is no snickering or face laugh coughing behind hands when you ask questions. Receptions seems to get a lot of heat from impatient patients. But she's great! friendly and nice

Great hrs, great docs, horrible receptionist!!! Just was there with my son for 2 hrs, receptionist was sick, blew her nose and coughed repetively and not once did she wash her hands or use antibacterial gel. She rolled her eyes and slammed phone down each time she was on the phone, as well as surfed internet in between patients.....too bad we love Dr. Frizzell and are willing to endure horrible staff for a great doc.

Really depends what time you get here. Show up before 300pm and this office is the quickest walk in place you can find. Usually three doctors working. Show up after 300pm and you will most likely be waiting a while. There is usually only one doctor working.

I have never in my life encountered such ignorant and rude staff. Every single time I am in there or have to call they are out and out rude. Like they hate there job and looks down on people for being at the dr.’s. If I new who to talk about these girls they would have an ear full. The dr.’s are awesome that is the only reason I keep going back I think it is in serious need or a staff change, these people clearly just took the job for money not one of them act like they like what they do!!!!!!!
