This was the only place out of four that I called that said they could get me in the same day. Sounds good right. I took time off work and drove 60km only to find out I was double booked. I'm in a world of pain and discomfort that's going to continue until I can find the time to take off work and spend more money on gas, to go someplace else. I wasn't even offered a discount, was simply asked to re-book. No Way! I may be cranky because of my injury, but thought more should have been done.
