The WORST walk in clinic ever. The doctors are nice, but it feels like they are just trying to rush you out the door. The receptionists are SO RUDE and are TERRIBLE at their job. When you call they always put you on hold for forever. The one receptionist was so disrespectful to me that I went back to report her but she said I'd have to wait for the doctor again which I was not about to do. They never smile and just look miserable and ignore you when you come to check in. The waiting times are totally obnoxious. Good luck if you're walking in because you probably won't be seen and if you are it will be hours later. I had an appointment at 3:30pm. It has now been an hour and I'm still not in. It's always such an unpleasant experience but it's the closest to my place. I want to walk out right now but I can't because I need my appointment. To sum it up.. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE WAITING AN HOUR + and THE RUDEST RECEPTIONISTS EVER.
Horrible doctors that don't care about you. My husband came in with stabbing stomach pains after have food poisoning for four days. The female doctor just gave him antibiotics and said "ya that's normal. Take this if you don't feel better'. FOUR days of diarrhoea and stomach pains is not normal we said, but she just prescribed the antibiotics. She didn't even order tests or anything to figure out what he had. We ended up going to the pharmacy next door and they were super helpful and advised electrolytes to help with hydration and gave some great advice on keeping him comfortable as it worked through his system. He had to go back a day later because it got worst (day 5). The other doctor finally ordered some tests and after the results came in they called and told us to come back in. We showed up at the place with an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half. This was not a walkin appointment, they told us what time to show up, and we did. When the doctor finally showed up, he didn't even know what we were here for and hadn't looked at the results up until that moment (same guy who ordered the tests). We asked him what the test results meant and he read from the report then looked up definitions on WIKIPEDIA to see what the results meant and what my husband had! We then told him some of the symptoms still persist after a week and this guy used WIKIPEDIA and GOOGLE to look up what to do when a patient's symptoms persist. WTF? His answer: more antibiotics. We asked if it was necessary because we didn't want to take more if it wasn't needed. His answer "well that's what this says (Google/Wikipedia) if symptoms persist take antibiotics." We mentioned it wasn't that bad and if there was anything else we could do, maybe he's just still recovering. Doctor actually said "Take them or not. Do whatever you want, I don't care". How do these people have medical licences?!! Don't go here!
This clinic is advertised as a "walk-in" clinic. I walked in, was told to come back in an hour, came back and waited for another hour until I walked out. So really, this is a "walk-out" clinic. In other words, avoid this disgrace. This clinic is a prime example of the medical community squandering Canadian tax payer money.
Long waiting time, not really for walking patients.. Appointments only for registered patients... so if you are walking then good luck... they do not accept new patients registration.. Doctors are good...
I just called for an appointment and was put on hold... ten minutes ago. I'm curious to see how long they will leave me hanging until they notice. Regardless, I will not go to this clinic at all.
