Hemma's a lovely little spot off Moss. I love the idea behind their community approach, especially since it brings the cost down. My only issue is with sharing the room with so many other people. I have felt more comfortable doing individual acupuncture...its just so much more expensive. Still recommend Hemma if you're on a budget.

After about six months absence, due to an injury, I found myself in a really low spot physically and emotionally. I summoned the strength to return to Hemma a couple of weeks ago. Following three Acupuncture treatments and a wonderful yoga class with Tracey Noseworthy my energy changed completely and I'm back on a solid path of health and productivity.

Always feel instantly relaxed just walking through the front door, no matter how stressful my day has been! Great staff, calm beautiful decor and the best acupuncture treatments at affordable pricing. A great place to escape from life stresses and leave feeling like a million bucks!

I love this place! Beautiful warm atmosphere and people. I wish I was still in Victoria to visit it! But I will again when I'm back :) Not only did it save me with their great community acupuncture by Daphne and many talented others, but with the incredible yoga classes (eg. with Aase). And, they were so kind, a few years later when my compilation, Stories From the Yogic Heart, was published (featuring stories by Mariel Hemingway and many more about how yoga changes lives) they carried it!

The best place for yoga in Victoria. The instructors and staff are great. I love walking in and everyone knows your name.
