I should first explain a bit about me. Me and my sister are looking for a new dentist because we realized that our old dentist was unprofessional and we didn't want to hate going to the dentist anymore. So as we searched for more options we found Omni Dental and thought it might have been the one for us. But unfortunately me and my sister visited this dentistry and received terrible service. Basically this is it: -the sign-up papers have clauses that allow the dentist to perform operation without consent and another clause that would force you to pay out of your own pocket for anything that your insurance didn't cover (keep in mind that with these two clauses the dentist could do anything to your teeth and charge it to you without your knowledge) -the hygienist I had accidentally got toothpaste into my eye and reacted like it was no big deal even though me eye burned and stayed red a while after that -also, her friend was walking in and out speaking in Punjabi and gossiping with her (at one point she laughed very hard at a joke while looking away from my teeth with her electronic tools still in my mouth, this could have caused serious damage) -the dentist tried to make me feel bad about my teeth be telling me every 'problem' with them (overbite, bad alignment) even though I told him I was quite happy with my teeth [I have been told that my teeth are perfect by many people so his 'concerns' seem a bit suspicious to me] -my sister left the dentistry with badly bleeding gums and a cut on the roof of her mouth where her hygienist cut her (but she tells me the lady was friendly, just inexperienced) If you still want to go to this dentistry check the sign up papers. My dad asked them before hand if there were any clauses like this and the lady at the desk lied through her teeth. So make sure you check rather than end up in a bad situation. All in all no one in my family will ever return to this dentistry again.
Good Dentist knows what he's doing, will give you the info you need. Do recommend, but they seem to have some outdated equipment and some of the equipment isn't avaliable in the specific areas so you may have to go elsewhere to get the real deal. (such as a full x-ray) but never the less a good place to go.
We provide comprehensive dental services while considering the unique needs of each individual patient.
