I tried calling in to reschedule my appointment - they did not answer, did not call in advance as a reminder for my appointment, the receptionist seemed out of it when I did show up. Not professional or organized at all. I do not reccomend this clinic or doctor for that matter.

Walk-in schedule is not as they claim. Everyday it appears to be at the discretion of the doctor. Website says their walk-in closes at 7 on Mondays. Nope, try 5:45 pm. They have definitely lost my entire family as patients.

Poor listening and communication skill was my unfortunate experience at Sandalwood Medical Centre. I met with both Dr. Chowdhary and Dr. Goyal. The intake was uneasy. Initially they were pleasant but when I questioned them on their views towards certain procedures they were not open to discussion nor convincing. They both seem to think theirs was the only opinion that mattered. I make the decision for my health, not them. They did not explain anything when I questioned them. They became defensive and irritated easily. I worked in communications and asked simple direct questions trying to learn about how they manage patients. They make blanket statements, that in our office we work according to our rules, ie.. will not send you for testing unless you have family history with the problem so you are out of luck if you came down with an illness that a family member does not have. Will not refer you to endocrinologist based on one test, despite my mother having been seeing one for 20 years and having more than one reason to go. I did blood test and went back for the results. The results were rushed and incomplete. Some items were not addressed despite my asking for clarification. This is a good place for a walk in clinic if you have no choice. But if you have a choice find someplace where they they do their job better. I guess asking for politeness and 10 minutes is asking too much. Moreso they do not inspire confidence that they have my best interest at heart. They blindly follow guidelines and do not have a good manner in talking nor do they explain anything sufficiently, even when you prompt them for more information. ps. the pharmacy in the building is very good in service and prices. The doctors here should take lessons from him.

One of the worst and unorganized doctor's office that i know. If you have an appointment it means nothing. people way after you and go in to see the doctor .
