We are all too quick to criticize when things don't go the way we think they should, but a little slow to praise when things go well. I am still in awe of my experience at CKHA today, and it's time to dish out the praise. I had an appointment for an MRI (which I might add was scheduled within 6 days of my doctor visit), and from the moment I entered the facility in Chatham, I was handled in a professional manner by people who I truly believe care about what they are doing. I waited no more than 4 minutes at the registration area, and all my pre-arrival paperwork was ready & waiting. I then was directed to the Xray/MRI department where once again I waited only a couple of minutes to be seen, registered, given the necessary forms and directed to the appropriate waiting area for the MRI. I only had enough time to complete the questionnaire before I was called in to the MRI suite (5 minutes max.) And the MRI staff - what can I say? They were absolutely AWESOME!! They explained everything that was going to take place, addressed any of my questions, and completed the entire process in an entirely compassionate & professional manner. I've been singing your praises all day, and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for an incredible experience. You are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!
