From the start of my treatment, I felt like I wasn't just another patient. At the initial meeting, they outlined the process, time frame and what to expect. I had braces before when I was younger and my previous orthodontist was not nearly as good as Dr. Adams (clearly, since I needed braces again). Dr. Adams and his staff are genuine and extremely nice. From my first consultation to the day my braces were taken off, Dr. Adams and his staff were nothing short of excellent. I received the information I needed and wanted at every step of the way, they went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to change an appointment or book an emergency appointment, and there was never a moment when their attitudes were less than delightful. And, most importantly, my braces came off when they were scheduled to and I could not be more pleased with the results. I first called St. Laurent Dental to see if I could buy a package of elastics off them as my ortho was across town (High Speed Braces) and would require me to take time off to work. As I wasn't a patient, they wouldn't even sell me elastics!!! I called Adams Orthodontics with the same request and they are giving me a package for free. Now that's customer service and being a good business!
