Easter weekend I called this Clinic from Ottawa as my mom had a serious infection going on in her hand that couldn't wait until the following week. I was told the clinic was open. I asked about the times and I asked about cut off times because these very rarely coincide with the hours of operation causing unnecessary confusion. My sister who was in Kingston had to bring my mom in a wheelchair and when they got there the glass door was closed. They tapped on the glass as it was 5 to 3pm The individual behind the desk didn't even have the common decency to look up, but rather stuck 3 fingers up in the air and continued working. The doors didn't open and my mom went to see the Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart. She helped her to get in at another clinic up the road. Whoever this person was at the Cat Clinic is a disgrace to the medical profession and should be invited to go work in a position that doesn't require being a decent human being. I for one will not go that clinic and I will share my disgust. I would imagine the physicians in this clinic would not appreciate being represented in such an unprofessional manner.
