I have been going to BodyTech Physiotherapy for the past few months. The clinic itself is clean and modern. I have been receiving physio treatments from Cheryl. She is very positive, pleasant, and helpful. I particularly appreciate that after she has finished the hands-on manual part of the treatment, she then does either an acupuncture treatment or a treatment with a TENS machine, at no extra cost. I have only positive things to say about this physio clinic!

I had surgery to repair a torn ligament in my knee recently and have been working with Vanessa for the past few weeks. I was able to start walking on my own weeks before I thought I was going to and I have 2 young kids at home so that was REALLY important! Their extended hours through the week make it really easy to book around my schedule too. It's been an amazing experience so far!

I came to see Sheryl as a result of an MCL strain. I've had previous experience with other types of pysio previously on the same knee for both ACL & MCL issues. I have and would continue to recommend Cheryl's massage based technique. I appreciated that she was able to explain each step in my rehab as I progessed. She was the first therapist that has actually been able to tell me what to expect with repsect to pain tolerance as I built up the strength again. I helped me to be able to trust what I was feeling as I moved through the program and afterwards. Cheryl's hands on approach and openness to share what was happening throughout the process helped me reduce my recovery time and understand for future "preventative maintenance" in comparison to my previous experiences. The whole team at Body Tech reflects Cheryl's approach, professional, positive, engaging and helpful.

After trying several other clinics for a persisting groin / hip flexor injury with very little success I started seeing Cheryl at BodyTech. My recovery rate drastically increased with her manual therapy techniques. Her focus on the cause of the injury as opposed to strictly the injury itself is key to what makes her a great therapist! I would highly recommend BodyTech.

My son had a rugby accident and Vanessa quickly identified the issue and provided hands on therapy then worked through and taught him the exercises for healing PLUS then utilized the muscle healing medical equipment to speed up recovery. We were referred to this clinic from our medical sports medicine doctor Dr. Lee. I was so impressed with his recovery that I went in to check out my shoulder and lower back nagging soreness...I was skeptical as this pain was not an overnight or critical accident or incident. The physio detective went to work and figured out that my nagging injury was due to my incorrect physical use of my mouse at work. I am aware (or thought I was) of ergonomics but that darn mouse (and I admit I do have some poor posture) was the culprit. A couple of therapy sessions, muscle healing medical equipment, and wonderful explanation from the very caring professionals, exercises to do at home and I am on the mend. I feel 90% better and will continue to attend. Highly recommend this clinic and happy its in my own neighbourhood.
