PLZ PLZ PLZ READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS HERE. I honestly think all the other reviews other than one star are written by their employees. Otherwise, it is not possible to give more than one star. I should have read all these reviews here before I went there seriously. Worst experience of my 3 hours in 2014. I never write this sort of review. But since I really wish that no one ever goes to this clinic, I decided to kindly take my time to review this garbage place. First, not even worth an one star. Not even a worth of taking a second of your life to decide to visit here. Very rude, unkind, unpleasant, and think of all the bad words you can think, that's what this place is like. It took about 30 minutes drive to get there. With 3 people in front of me, it took more than one hour of waiting. I had to wait another 30 minutes inside the doctor's room. He comes in, saying "What do you want?" in an unpleasant manner as possible. I told him my symptoms and told him about the prescription I had 2 years ago which I had real positive experience. Then he be like I don't know anything so I'm not gonna do anything for you. Then he be like there is a specialist coming in few weeks so if you want you can make an appointment now. I told him that I can't wait for that long. As if he has waited for this moment, he went "Well then" and then just left the room. I was just sitting there in the room thinking wtf.. All of this happened within 2 minutes. Seriously, what kind of doctor is this? Like all other reviews say, I don't think this "doctor" is a legit doctor. I really doubt if he even knows what 1+1 is.

I wouldn't even rate this place even one star, I've been here a few times and it's been closed.. I come before the closing time 8 pm, I usually get to the clinic around 530pm to 6 pm and they have been closed all times I've tried to bring my daughter to a clinic. it's not even a holiday so I do not understand why it's always closed before 8 pm when they are suppose to close.. This is unacceptable and a terrible place to go to!!

Dr. BB is our family doctor and he's been quite good with all of us, he's frank and straightforward. He's helped us with all the things we've needed.

I agree, service industry need to be more friendly (Hospital, Doctors, Lawyers, Government, Licensing), good example is banking. Overall, i would not say one walkin clinic is better then other, they are all same and root cause is they get paid by scanning health card, if cosumer feedback is required prior to releasing fees to doctor then thing will improve but it has its own negative result because if you push too hard then they will run to USA to make more money. So what i am suggesting - motivate some one in family to be doctor - willing to hear better solution.

Horrible clinic bad service and won't prescribe you anything even if youre deathly ill. Unbelievable waste of time especially when youre so sick its affecting your life and they do nothing to help but say rest...thx I should have stayed home then
