I suffer from a bulging disc in my lower back...after months working with my chiropractor and experiencing little change and suffering intense pain I took my doctor's advice and decided to pursue physiotherapy. I am so glad that I chose Aquafit Physiotherapy, after working with Yolanta & Jonathan for 3 months I have very little pain remaining. The team there are so informative, helpful and supportive. I discovered Aquafit through my kinesiologist, Jonathan. He designed my fitness program but it had been a long time since I last exercised so I developed a few aches and pains along the way. Jon recommended Jennifer; a massage therapist and co-worker from Aquafit. I never had a massage before but she and all the staff are so caring and professional, they made it easy! In 2 sessions I had no more pain in my shoulders and continued my strength training routine without interruption. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I briefly toured the facility and found it to be clean and filled with state of the art equipment including therapy pools, exercise equipment! A pleasant and satisfying experience. After failing to congestive heart failure I was looking for some help and Aquafit was the answer for me. The pool was great, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable and life is good and getting better again. Thanks Yolanta and staff
