The WORST extraction I have ever had!!! Dr. Collins was in such a hurry to get to his next victim, he pulled my wisdom tooth out without letting the freezing set up. The worst pain ever, and he didn't stop when I grunted and kicked my feet...just kept pulling on an unfrozen tooth. Ended up with complications after, but would never go back to this place again.

I picked this dentistry because it was close to my home. It was a very good choice. Everyone is very knowledgable and professional. The facilities are top notch, being brand new and high tech. Cleanings are quick and of great quality. Dr. Collins is an excellent dentist who is very intelligent. He does not suggest any courses of action that are unnecessary. All procedures that I have had are pain free. This organization definately deserves 5 stars!

I fear dentists cause of bad past experiences, I cant handle dental pain, but today that all changed for me! When i walked in the reception I got was VERY friendly, and he worked with me to make me relax. Then in the dentist chair the staff were very professional, and very informative, letting me know what was going on thru out the procedure, I was included in conversation, answer when I could, they continued to make sure I was comfortable, I was soooo relaxed, that I almost fell asleep in the chair! lol No more sleepless nights on eve of appointments when I go there!

I found the receptionist very rude!!! The dentist does not deal with the problems/errors he has caused and I have to keep returning so he can try to figure it out?? Like "Hello, your a dentist and do your job right". Your suppose to fix the problem and not make it worse. I've had to take off a lot of time off work to keep coming back and the dentist is ALWAYS RUDE!!! Yes, it a nice looking place but the SERVICE SUCKS .... go to another dentist ... save your time and money!

Dr Collins doesn't deal with issues he has caused. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth with how he does not respond to pressing urgent emails. This is not a family practice!
