I've never reviewed a pharmacy before, but this deserves a mention. I have ongoing problems with anxiety, and I'm taking medication for it. I recently got stuck with a bad psychiatrist, who wants to reduce my medication suddenly and replace it with an anti-seizure medication. The pharmacist (a woman - sorry I can't remember her name), questioned the medication change and I told her about my experience and revealed that I wasn't feeling good about it. She asked whether I had spoken to my family doctor, and I told her that I hadn't been able to find one yet. She took my number and told me that she'd give me a call if she heard about any openings. I didn't expect a call back, but a couple weeks later she gave me the number of a practice who had hired two new doctors. This is a huge relief to me, because I expected to be on a waiting list for months. So many people (especially in healthcare), don't seem to care about their patients and put in the minimum amount of effort when doing their job. This was the first positive experience I've had with a healthcare professional in months. All of the other staff there are extremely helpful and polite. If you have a question about any medication, they'll always do their best to explain it thoroughly.
