I've used RMT, physio and chiro/ART services at OC3, and all of them are great. I have been going back every time I get an injury, and there is usually something that does the trick, whether its a massage therapy, more targeted ART, or the painful-but-effective dry-needling. Sometimes its a combination that does the fix. I've also learned a lot about my body with OC3, and I've been getting less injuries as a result, despite increasing my training volume.

I love that OC3 offers Physio, Chiro and Massage Therapy all in one. They have very progressive treatment options for your injuries too. I love that the staff if young, friendly and vibrant... not to mention they fixed my shoulder and back pain right away. I love that this clinic is set in an old Victorian home right in the heart of Ottawa near Elgin!

Last year, I saw Dr. Chad Wilson for plantar fasciitis. He used ART (Active Release Technique) on my foot and my condition improved significantly. Chad is patient and thorough. I was very happy with the ART treatment that I received on my foot. I would highly recommend seeing Chad for ART if you have plantar fasciitis. This year, I also started seeing Chad and Shelagh Haynes (physiotherapist) for a shoulder injury and chronic neck pain. Shelagh is great, interpersonal, professional and explained things clearly. I've been receiving ImS (Intermuscular Stimulation) treatments from Shelagh. I am thoroughly impressed by the effects of ImS, especially on my neck because this has been a stubborn problem for a long time. My neck feels much better compared to before I started the treatments. I look forward to continuing with the ART + ImS + stretching + posture improvement.

I'd highly recommend OC3 Collaborative Care Centres. Dr.Wilson was so helpful to me in relieving my neck pain and stiffness; he's extremely knowledgeable, gentle and informative. I walked out feeling so much better. Also, I like knowing that massage therapists are at the same location! The downtown location is so convenient with free parking on site! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr.Wilson and his talented, caring team to anyone!

I was suffering from low back pain and had gone to various practitioners for help (e.g. massage therapy) and finally was referred to Dr. Wilson. He was very professional and thorough. After a few appointments, I felt much better and was able to sit and work at my computer without constant pain.
