When I called to have my wife's antibiotic change they said she would have to see Doctor again. I guess its all about the money, our time as a patient means nothing. They had the culture report and could have just referenced that. Unfortunately my wife didn't tell them of her previous adverse event with the antibiotic prescribed but could easily have changed prescription over phone which they refused to do. Horrible clinic, last time we use them.

I went in and didn't waited too long to be seen. The doctor rather young started to asked me questions that were unrelated to what I was telling him. I've been suffering from GERD for a long time and he instead thought I was paranoid and pretty much mentally ill. He completely disregarded my symptoms and gave a prescription for ear infection. He did not show concern or professional honest interest on my problem.

sent there by the company i worked for (even i had written diagnosis from my own physycian) to Dr Haider Hasnain. After 1hr wait, only taken in for few seconds (future of my job was dependand on his diagnosis) he would not listen to me bacsue he was busy, left me with apprentice, came back said he was busy again and told me to sign papers that i agree for him to contact my physycian for more info. I had to force him to listen to me since i was very serious about the matter and he was my final word that would go to management for review. He obviously works in favour of the company, denied everything, made few tests withouth my consent, which i filled formal complaint to the ontario board (he lied on his behalf when it came to what happened, since top manager from my workplace backed him up, but i managed to prove it was a lie on both sides and after that board could not reach Dr. or managment for follow-up). He knew he did not have to diagnose me, and my physycians diagnosis was good enough but he choose to refuse my diagnosis and said im ok, but perscibed me some serious medication which requires follow up. He did not schedule follow up appoitment. SHADY and GREEDY, does not care about your wellbeing.
