Following previously regular 6 month use, I hadn't been for a couple of years due to moving. Just called to book an appointment and the receptionist said I had been de-registered and said they wouldn`t take me back on because I`d missed an appointment (notice likely sent to my old address). Wouldn`t mind but he was quite abrupt and rude. Dentist`s were fine but the male receptionist is unpleasant!

The receptionist was rude and dismissive. The waiting room is ugly and not welcoming. I wasn't given enough fluid to rinse with, and after I rinsed I wasn't given any towels - so I was dribbling with my numb mouth and had to discreetly wipe it on my sleeve! AVOID!
