I first became a patient here less than a year ago as a very nervous patient! & now I can say that my fear has pretty much gone after having had 4 teeth out for braces which I never thought I would be able to do! All of the staff have been very caring and supportive throughout my treatment & without them I couldn't have done it! They deserve all the recognition in the world especially Sharon Hassall - Fantastic dentist! brilliant dental assistants, relaxing atmosphere and lovely receptionists...what more could you ask for?! I owe everything to this practice and I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you Smile Concepts for helping me on my way to achieving the nice smile I've always wanted! :D

First visit after my dentist retired, cam home feeling like the whole visit was rushed trough. The dentist I saw never even introduced herself, why I felt was very rude. She did some work on the first visit which I felt was rushed, She didn't seem to care much and was very ham visit with the equipment. Came feeling assaulted as she just wanted me gone as fast as possible. I have to take my children back but will be seeing another dentist at the practice hoping next visit and dentist will be better.

Really happy with my experience here and the fact that I can't see the bonding goes to show how good they are at their job! I have been here twice so far and would recommend to others.

This place is really well presented, calming place. The staff are very helpful. I recommend everyone i know this dentist because of their quality of treatment and service.

I have been to Smile Concepts a handful of times and I am never disappointed.The building itself is very pleasant and the inside is modern but cosy.I had veneers a couple of months ago and I am very happy with them and very happy with the treatment I received.Lovely receptionist and nurses as well.
