I cannot recommend Hopkinson Dental Practice highly enough, especially if, like me, you are a very nervous patient. The entire team do everything possible to provide a calm, friendly & relaxing atmosphere. I had not been to the dentist for quite a long time and went for initial visit just to talk to Laura, she was so understanding and non-judgemental, putting me at ease immediately. She always makes you feel that you are in control at all times, both in deciding on, and during treatment. My greatest fear had always been to have an extraction, unfortunately this was the only course of action open to me after my first examination. Although Laura provides sedation she inspired me with such confidence I felt able to go ahead without sedation. I could not believe how easy it was! Another area in which the practice excels is the aftercare. After the extraction Laura followed up during the day and evening, calling me at home to ensure everything was ok, she did the same for my Father after he joined the practice. I no longer experience the all consuming fear when I have to visit which had plagued me for so many years and would urge anyone to just go and talk about your fears and anxieties, I am sure Laura and her wonderful team will be able to allay them. I am so pleased to have discovered the practice and will always be so grateful to the entire team for being so supportive and caring.
