Mat-Su Dental Center
Reviews
Best dental office I have ever been to. Loved the dentist, I did not even feel the shot. Front office was great about handling my insurance.
Most of the dentists I have been to over the span of 35 years or so (im 51) should have been wearing big floppy shoes and round red noses. You get the impression you are at the McClinic to get a quick torture treatment. Dr. Muggli is the opposite of those past experiences. He listens, he truly cares and is good at what he does. I hate going to the dentist, but a guy that puts me enough at ease that I actually laugh while he's got a needle stuck in my gums is a rare find for me, and I will continue to be a grateful patient at this clinic. I bring my wife and children here as well, and would recommend this Dr to anyone.
First off, I really didn't like going to the dentist! Mat-Su Dental really changed my perspective. From the professionalism of the front desk through cleaning and examinations and very reassuring and professional dentists. My billing and their ability to work with my finances was exceptional! I am a regular there now as a result of the consistent positive experiences I have had there and recommend them to all of my friends. Sadly, only one other person has reviewed this dental center on Google. I found quite the opposite experience and know of no one that has had this experience. I found their Facebook reviews most helpful and closer to my experiences.
Actual dental cleaning and checkups seemed competent. I would NOT RECOMMEND the Clinic to anyone due to billing issues and lack of professionalism to clients. I verified clinic eligiblity with my dental insurance and primary health care insurance company. However when I checked in with my family no mention that NONE of my insurance(s) providers covered anything by the Clinic. This is unethical of the dental office. Now I have a $1400 bill for routine cleaning and checkups that should have been 100% covered by BOTH of my insurances. They refuse to work with me or admit any mis-information was their responsibility.
