I regularly go to this Urgent Care because of their excellent care and quality of service. Dr.Packer is very engaged and active in his care giving and the nurse's are always on board to help. This business is active with it's customers and the community, I always feel well taken care of. I had a insurance problem once and with one phone call to them things were figured out. Always will recommend this Urgent Care and Dr.Packer.

It should not be called Urgent Care. I sat for over a hour and was never seen, I had forgotten some months prior I had the same expeirence there. I'm only sorry I dindt remeber about it. I did not say anything to the receptionist I just got up and walked out I'm sure they will figure it out when they call my name at some point to be seen, I only hope they don't spend as much time calling my name as I did waiting to be seen that could be a real bother for the other patients waiting to be seen.So do yourself a favor find another provider unless you have hours to wait while your not feeling well, I will not be back to urgent care @ lake lucille and I will also recommend to friends and family they don't as well.

Counter persenel very rud and brash they need money up front or CC before they will send you to see Doc. Dr. Packer was nice, but lacks in explaining fully on what will help you out, you have to ask lots of questions. I new that I did not have a sinus infection, but that is what every body else had so I must...... right. Still same problem and left msg. twice in the past week with no return call.

I started going to Urgent Care this Summer when I moved to the Valley. I've found the staff extremely helpful. And the added bonus is Dr. Packer himself! He listens to what I have to say and then he suggests an appropriate action. He speaks to me on the same level and doesn't patronize me. I highly recommend Urgent Care!

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and ear infection, I was given tons of anti biotics that did not fix the problems that I experienced, the receptionist was soooooo rude, the doctor was very brief, I left not even knowing what I had to take. I will not be back to urgent care ever again
