As an ex employee, I can tell you what REALLY happens. The managers are absolute shit. They shout at us, Ardith, the manager over my department, would tell me to do one thing and when I did it, she'd get mad, or another manager would make me do something else, knowing full well I'd get bitched at by the previous manager. Same with the others, they're power hungry, abusive and sadistic as far as managers can be. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Target is not far away. Also, If you're a member of management and you're reading this, make society a better place and go fall off a cliff.

You will have to 'kiss' up to get and hold a job there. Never believe in their open door policy, its false. Also you will loose a job quickly there if you act upon any higher ranking person there without proof in writing, if you don't believe the person then have a manager of the entire store check. You have to force them to do their job to ensure you keep yours. The store its self is well made and roomy. I enjoy helping the community by buying local.

Walmart is not what it used to be! This store has shown that customer service is the last thing on their mind!

The people that work there are ALWAYS RUDE and not helpful!! The attitude they portray on their commercials is a BIG LIE!!! And I consider it FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I think someone needs to BURN down every walmart in the country!!!
