Went in for neck/back pain, only 1 other person in waiting area and still took an hour to get into a room, then another hour for the nurse practitioner to see me. She was extremely rude and kept asking about a prescription for pain medicine I had for my wisdom tooth extraction almost three weeks prior - got the feeling she thought I was doctor shopping. After another doctor came in and gave me a shot of something for pain and told me I was all done and could leave, my prescription was called into the wrong Walmart. While waiting in the correct Walmart for my prescription, they called to tell me they wanted me to go to a orthopedic consult, and I had left before they had the chance to tell me. Get it together people! I will not be returning here for any reason.
In and out in about an hour with a full lobby! I just knew we would be waiting forever , but nope! The nurse and doctor were good. Saw bodenhamer and would see her again if we lived here! They took care of us!!
Dedicated and professional staff. Most of the time, it is a short waiting period- though that all depends on the amount of people in there, not necessarily the clinic. I waited 1.5 hours yesterday, but that was my longest wait ever. I had a great doc though- a RPN actually, Bodenhamer was the last name. Loved her! Been before and saw Dr. Lee. Short wait time and he was great too!
My daughter had a temp of 102.8 and we sat in the waiting area for a very long time because the insurance company's "system is down". The number one concern was not my daughter's health but the $. VERY dissapointed in this place.
It was a Sunday morning and not many people, but Dr. Morrar, the nurse and receptionist couldn't have been more professional. He saw me and my 4 yr old. The doctor at the beach is the last place you want to be, but great to have such a great office to go to.
