Drayer Physical Therapy Institute
Reviews
I went to Drayer Physical Therapy for unknown back problems in 2014, and at first, I was very satisfied with the service and the treatment I was receiving; however, billing was a problem from the beginning of my time there until 6-7 months after I moved to a new state. When physical therapy was not having the desired effect, it was recommended that I receive an MRI from one of the clinic's partners. Months later, I receive a statement that they should not have billed me for my deductible and included a check for me to cash. Imagine my surprise when two weeks later I receive another bill stating that the refund was an error and that I had to pay them AGAIN. After I settled up that bill, I thought the confusion was over- I was wrong. Drayer proceeded to send me an additional bill for my last three visits with them when I ensured to settle up my account SIX MONTHS PRIOR. When I called to get clarification from Drayer's billing department I was told that I would have to pay the remaining balance due to them switching to a new system and the fact that they failed to inform me of that when I settled up my account. THEN she informs me that not only do I have a remaining balance with the new system, but ALSO the old system, meaning I have to pay double of what the bill I have received stated. She offered me no solutions and no understanding with the fact that these charges came six months after my last treatment and that I have not even received the second bill! My last date with Drayer was at the beginning of June 2014. It is now January 2015 and I am still receiving bills due to THEIR error. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way I have been treated as a customer and a client. I thought that Drayer would be more understanding based on how I was treated while I was there, but I was wrong.
