I had an appointment with Dr.Isfahani on 05/09/14 and the whole service was very wonderful!! From the moment I called them to set an appointment to the moment I walked out of that place. The Dr. and the staff was very professional and caring their patients. He put on some contacts and have a follow up in 7 days but the contacts were making my eyes too dry so I called them to schedule a closer appointment and they were very nice and accessible. I will definitely recommend Dr. Isfahani! Very pleased!!
I've been to this location before and while I wasn't unhappy, I wasn't nearly as pleased with the service as I was this time. There is a different doctor working this location now, Amir Isfahani, and his work was excellent. I've been to numerous private practices and chains over the years, and I've never walked away as satisfied as I have this time. The exam was more thorough than any others I've had, and he was still fine-tuning my prescription on my follow-up visit. The rest of the staff was also very courteous and went out of their way to help me out. Ignore the reviews from years ago and give the vision center a chance.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have a very similar complaint about this location's checkout registers. After 10pm only one register is open and of course its the one by the cigarettes. But the funny thing is that it is in the center of the lines and the grocery side doors are the only ones still open after ten. Oh and my husband and i were doing our late night shopping and it was probably ten on the dot and we went over to a self checkout we saw another customer at with TWO items and an employee stepped in front of the line and and said real smart "this one is closed" so we walked away to the only line open and needless to say both he and walmart got the finger. i spent WAY TO MUCH money there to be treated so poorly!!! GET A CLUE Walmart with your horrible customer service!!!!!!!!Oh and when you dont know where something is you have to search for ten minutes to find a freaking employee then they are not a part of that particular section so it turns into a big ordeal to find someone who is!!
^^totally agree.&& They have the worst vision center ever. I was ridiculously overcharge for contact fittings that had not even been serviced to me&& when I came back two weeks later to pick up my trial pairs, they had neglected to put my information in the computer, thus delaying the process for my contacts another 2-3 weeks.I was very disappointed in the service given!
