After multiple lost prescription requests, phone in refills that go unfilled, and a surprisingly rude staff, I have ceased doing business with Springville Discount Drugs. I cannot recommend that anyone do business with them. There are many more cooperative pharmacies nearby in the Trussville/Clay area who are more deserving of the business.

Refill labels are misleading, they don't offer consults or let you know a script was out of refills when you pick them up. They filled meds that had severe contraindications with meds on profile. Just rude and on caring....
