Terrible service. I had to go a little late because I can't leave work until 5. Seemed like all the staff had an atitiude and were just ready to get out of there. The doctor barely looked me over. Made up her own diagnosis. Gave me some shots and got me out of there. my symptoms have got progressively worse. I have had the same exact expierence at one of the other clinics. It's worth it to wait and try to get appt with your primary doctor because this place is a joke.
This place is awful. Went in three days ago- told them I did not have insurance so the lady said the co-pay for me would be 155, which is higher then the majority of other clinics around town, but I decided to go ahead and see the doctor. Not sure what the doctors name is, but she was large and had curly brown hair. The lady did not care whatsoever in diagnosing me. I had insect bites, that I was thinking are fungal infections, so I asked for a simple KOH test to make sure it isn't- she told me she doesn't have it, its at her office, so she decided to prescribe me some cream- THATS ALL. didn't ask me anything, what the symptoms were or anything. So I made her give me a steroid shot to see what exactly it is, since she didn't care. She had no compassion or anything, and then as I walked out, I saw her on her computer playing some yahoo game. Clinic looks nice, however the doctor I had was extremely inconsiderate. Big waste of money, I will definitely not return. if you see a big brown curly haired doctor, ask for another doctor.
Don't bother to even stop here if you are sick! My dog gets better care from her vet than what these quacks know. Total waste of time and money.
I don't write a lot of online reviews but when I was looking up the phone number for AFC I saw how poor all the other reviews were I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited the clinic yesterday for a suspected broken collarbone. The staff was friendly and efficient. (And, yes, my collarbone was broken.) I was given some prescriptions, discharge instructions and referred to my orthopedic surgeon. Without asking, they made a copy of my x-ray to carry to my ortho. No trip to the dr is "fun" but this one went about as well as possible.
After several years of subpar customer service, significant waits inside the lobby, and continual shifting in and out of physicians, they have shown some signs of improvement within the last 6 months.
