I had an appointment as a new client recently and when I showed up 5 minutes late (I got lost and had to call them to find out where they were. I even gave them my name to let them know I was lost), I was told I would have to reschedule because I did not show up 30 minutes earlier. I was never told this at the time I scheduled the appointment. The kicker is, I think I have walking pneumonia and have been extremely sick and was not asked what health problems I was before turning me away. I told them when making the appointment I'm not a smoker and I have Blue Cross as insurance and have been sick for a week. I own 2 businesses and trust me....word of month is gold when there are many different doctors to choose from. I'm only one person who will NEVER be a patron to this clinic EVER! Remember, we are the consumer and social media is now our voice! If you come to any of my businesses, you WILL be greeted and treated respectably and not have to stand in line like cattle waiting to speak to a "gate keeper".
Decent Dr.s if they care enough to see you. But the service sucks!
LOVE them, great family doctors. Dr. Merrick is really nice and helpful. Lost a star because they aren't accepting new patients, and I have had a new baby! He's two, and still no availabilities.
I call for an appointment late Thursday and get one for the following day! Will I wait a long time in the waiting room? Nope! It's a great place.
