I have to say im extremely disappointed in my visit to this hospital. In the 5 hours I was in this hospital I didn't receive one thing for pain.my pain levels being at an 8 to 9 with my blood pressure elivating becouse I was in so much pain..yet nothing. I fell the evaluation done was not professional. After leaving this hospital I did not fell I got the proper care.DR.CROWDER.did not preform his job in an orderly manor. I felt like nobody would listen..or truley cared about what I was saying or how I felt. I got the felling that nobody cared when I was there for almost 5 hours and spoke to the doc for 3 min.its very unprofessional when a nurse has to tell u whats wrong with you. How rude and disrespectful can u be? U get paid well enough to talk to ur patients like humans. And the nurses. God bless yall.yall are sweet as pie. Mercy is lucky to have yall.my nurse did what she could for me.im glad for her bc I probably whould have yelld at that doctor. Let me finish bye saying I will never go to mercy hospital agin.i refuse to pay for someone to disregard his patients. That is absolutely ridiculous and nobody should stand for that kind of "treatment" thanks god bless and gn.
I was born there, my family was born there. Very nice people. They will do more than they are required to do to make you feel comfortable.
Good place to die.
emergency is a joke. i have called 3 times to get someone to come address a pain issue and nothin going. paramedics need not recommend this place to anyone. we are from out of town and this is crazy. this emergency room needs some quality training.
My first experience with St. Edward was the birth of my first child in l947. Subsequent births and hospitalizations and ER care through 2010 have given me more appreciation for the care from the staff at St. Edward. They just keep getting better.
