Great family owned and operated pharmacy. Great customer service!

I called to get a quote on a new prescription and spoke to a girl who identified herself as "Kally". I gave her the name of the drug and number to be dispensed. After a brief time on hold she returned to the line and told me she could not give me the quote because of the amount I needed (or that the doctor wrote it for). Now, I am not a professional in the industry but I know customer service. Because the Doctor wrote it for an amount higher than they (Don's) usually gets they judged and juried me like I was some sort of drug abuser. Let me just say... I have been the victim of a bad doctor who messed up my back terribly and I am now forced to be on this medicine until I can find a doctor to repair the horrible mess the first one created with a surgery gone wrong!! I need this medicine on a daily basis to function normally at work. It just plain sucks that people ride their moral high horse and won't dispense a VALID and very much NEEDED pain medication. TWO THUMBS DOWN for this pharmacy!! Don't go there!! They think they are better than you are and in my opinion could care a less about YOU or your issue!!

I have ALL my prescriptions filled at Don's. I refuse to go anywhere else. They deliver, they monitor interactions, they get refills for me, and call when there is a problem... there are gifts, medical supplies, special packaging, special ordering... highly recommend!

Best customer service of any pharmacy in town.

I found out about Don's through a friend during a two month period of time when I didn't have health insurance. A prescription that would have cost $122 at other pharmacies only cost $20 at Don's! Now that I have health insurance and only pay $3 for prescriptions, I still go out of my way to go to Don's. They are always friendly, ready to help you and SOO fast. There's a reason why they've been around for so long.
