Always the best customer service in the industry...period! However, Cameron in the Fountain Hills office today went way above and beyond. After breaking my glasses over the weekend and thinking they would either be not fixable, or at least sent in for expensive repairs, he fixed them on the spot...no charge! Add to that, he used his ingenuity to solve another problem with my other glasses. Some do, and some don't...Cameron and 20/20 Image ALWAYS do! Thanks guys!

Just to note, Google has the wrong building pictured as of 1-26-10. Great place, friendly, clean, bright and cheery. There is hardly any wait, if any at all. The staff are all helpful and polite.
