Fresh food and I like going to the Jamba Juice inside the store

I received a vaccine that is covered under my insurance plan and should have been sent to them for payment. Was told that I had to pay and submit myself. Well 3.5 months later and numerous faxes and phone calls, my insurance co. states that Safeway was supposed to do it. Not sure if the pharmacy tech did not know how to fill this out or just didn't want to make the time but it has cost me hours of downtime trying to get this settled. Where is the customer service???

Great customer service! Its the best Safe Way I have ever been to! Very clean and easy to find everything! Also the wells fargo bank inside was very helpful! Very deserving of 5 stars!
