Beware!!! went to see them for a back issue. They invoiced me and i told them to submit to insurance. They would not and when i submitted to insurance to process Foothills sent me to collections. I paid the doctor their fee but said to bad it went to collections.. very bad business people. my opinion is they are not a reliable ethical business Mike
