I've been going to this office for 2 years and have had no issues with the staff. I always get caring individuals who know what they're doing. My disabled sister has been going to this office for 3 years (Children with disabilities are seen by Dr. Feldhake himself), and he does wonders. Best dentist ever.

Horrible office! Cancel appts 15 minutes before appointment times that's if they even call. I've showed up more than 3 times to pick up Invisaline trays that were never even delivered. No compassion from anyone in the office, all they care about is themselves and there money coming in. I've literally sat in a chair for over an hour before even seeing a dentist! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE LONNIE ECKMAN IS SADISTIC, NO SKILL, COMPASSION OR FEELINGS. HE IS A ZOMBIE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY TEETH LEFT, RUN FAR AWAY. THE ZOMBIES ARE HERE.
