My significant other could not afford a pair of new hearing aids and was able to get a used pair and go to Dr. Moore and get the hearing test and have him reset the used hearing aids. Once Dr. Moore realized we were not there to purchase a new set of hearing aids we were pushed off to an assistant to do the rest of the visit. The issue is that the hearing aids needed another adjustment after the initial one and had they been a new pair costing thousands there would had been no problem, but since they were a used pair and the same fee was charged for the initial adjustment they would not readjust without requiring a new $150.00 fee to readjust that they do not charge those who purchase new pairs.
